Amenemhat III was a pharaoh of ancient Egypt and the sixth king of the Twelfth Dynasty of the Middle Kingdom and had a long and prosperous reign. In fact, during his reign, Egypt experienced the highest economic growth in the Middle Kingdom. Egypt was booming in tourism and finance with excavations, mining, construction of infrastructure and temples, erection of statues, and marketing. For a King that has overseen the construction of many important structures, you would think that he had a great team of engineers and architects. A couple of his projects turned out horribly, and they were the most important ones.
