Science Discoveries
Since then the space observation sector has been keen on observing the planet. NASA’s Hubble Space Telescope observations from 2003 and 2004 denote that the dwarf planet is a nearly spherical body. It is approximately 940 kilometres or 585 miles across. It’s also interesting to note that Ceres constitute 35 percent of the main asteroid belt’s total mass.
