There are more than 600 horse breeds worldwide, from island to desert or steppe. You can find different variations of horses anywhere except for Antarctica. They’ve adapted to all sorts of environments over time, but some of these breeds struggle to survive. There are plenty of reasons they’re endangered, from urbanization to various other reasons.
